The DS-30A-1 Drone Strobe is covered by 2 US Patents utilizing special optics to provide full hemisphere projection.  The DS-30A-1 strobe technology was officially tested by the USCG and proven visible over 5 nautical miles at night.  This was one of the first strobes recognized by the FAA for 107, COA dusk, dawn, and night flights.
