Hello.  This listing is for a Honda Generator modified by Smith-Root for powering a GPP Electrofisher.
This unit converts output to 12V.  Generator starts with pull.  Keys are present, but no battery so electric start is untested.  Generator does not smoke and the carb has just been rebuilt.  Idle is high, needs adjustment.  I have a video of this unit running and could upload to youtube if you need.  Please let me know.
