This is a
Vintage Shenango Sample New England Oyster House 9.5" Dinner Plate.  There are no chips or cracks.  There is some light wear and soiling.  There are very few  very light scratches.  There is a thin squiggly indent line on the front of the plate near the rim, about an inch and a half.
